I have been going to Dr. Lee and Dr. Dubanski for many years now. I couldn't imagine changing Dentists, from them to the Dental Hygenists, and Receptionists....they make you feel as comfortable as tthough you were family. I am one who has a fear of going to the Dentist, but the moment you walk through the door and hear the Receptionists warm greeting as though she had seen you yesterday. You are transformed into a comfortable place. Thank You to all of the staff for being so wonderful!

I am pleased with Rocklin Family Dentist because they seem to have a complete staff and there is an attitude of professionalism in the office. Also, I like the e-mail reminders and thank you notes. Mr. and Mrs. both seem professional and personable. I sound like I am not sure, but the truth is that my husband and I are new patients. My husband likes the fact that you are well equiped and do a professinal job.

The Rocklin Family Dental Group deserves a 5 star rating and this is why! One day, I was blessed by a letter in the mail welcoming us to our new home from the dental office. On Saturday, while packing to go on vacation and then brushing my teeth, I found a 1/2 tooth in the sink laying in blood. Very upset, I searched all over for the welcoming letter I had received that week. Called their office. Left a message. On Monday morning @ 7:00 am I received a call from the Rocklin Family Dental office. This Office scheduled me an appointment that morning. Both my husband and I will continue our dental needs with this group. We are so pleased with what they have done for me that I am now referring them to everyone I know. Thank you Rocklin....

As always, a wonderful visit with our friends and Dr, So funny to want to go to the dentist because everyone is so great.. and you miss them....we have made good friends and they in turn make our dental visits a very pleasant experience..........And Dr Dubanski, what can I say, I just love him, he is awesome. So professional and knowledgable and thorough and on the other hand a great guy to be around. Makes you so comfortable..you almost forget where you are. The whole office from our great friend Sandy down to the wonderful assistants all around. Would recommend this office to everyone.....Their dental work is above reproach...makes you feel like smiling ALL the time....

I had less than a 5 minute wait for my appt. I was very happy with my teeth cleaning, everything went smooth and everything was explained to me. My insurance coverage was also explained to me and my next appt was scheduled and was given a new tooth brush, tooth paste and floss. Again, I was very satisfied with my visit and have nothing but good things to say about this entire staff!

This was my first visit and I must say the entire staff was professional, friendly, answered any question, explained everything and the entire appt took well over an hour but it didn't seem like it. From the paperwork to the X-rays to the cleaning to the examination to the rescheduling, there was minimal wait time and everything just seemed to run smooth. Maybe the best Dental Clinic I have ever been to. I have already recommended this clinic to co-workers and friends.

Was a little nervous about my impending root canal. My first visit was done in a little over an hour without pain. Even after the shot wore off--pain free! Great work and very friendly staff. Dr. D is good at putting me at ease with his calm demeaner and skills.

Dr. Dubanski is the most professional dentist I have ever known. His skills and technology are at the cutting edge of the dental profession. His communication and interactive skills are outstanding. Both he and his staff inspire confidence every time I visit. In particular, Aubree is one of the most highly skilled dental assistants I have ever met. Her blend of science and art in creating dental implements is incredible. She can create a temporary crown that will rival the permanent porcelain version. : ) My thanks to Dr. Dubanski and his staff for making my visits a very positive experience.

I hadn't been to a dentist in a long time and was very apprehensive. The dentist, hygienist and all the staff there made my trip as painless as possible. Now that I've found a good dentist I feel like I can go every six months like we're all supposed to and feel comfortable. I really cannot say enough about my experience.

Today's experience with Rocklin Family Dental Group was beyond exceptional! I was treated professionally and with compassion from my first call a few weeks ago until the conclusion of my first appointment today. The staff was so welcoming and did not treat me 'like a number'; I was greeted as soon as I walked in the office and seen a few minutes before my appointment time, then my teeth were examined and cleaned THOROUGHLY, quick exams of my entire mouth, great overview on the condition of my teeth, and then finally an informative discussion on how to finance my future dental work... As soon as I entered the reception office, I was greeted with smiles and welcomes. Before I could sit and open a magazine, I was called in for my appointment. The DDS was quick and virtually pain free for two fillings. He explained what he was doing along the way. I was out in 40 minutes from entering the waiting room to entering my car. I definitely recommend Rocklin Family Dental Group. Great place for the busy working person.

Of all the appointments I go to for myself and my two children, this office is by far the best! I LOVE EVERY PERSON in this office! They are pleasant, professional, knowledgeable and just plain fun. I haven't been to the dentist in far too long. I finally made up my mind to get back on the horse and went in ? it wasn't bad at all. The office is nice, the cleaning which was years overdue went fine. All the people I met were nice, etc. I recommend them to everyone!!

Choosing a dentist can be a daunting task. That's what I had to do after 30 years, when my long time dentist retired?. I asked many contacts, and did some searching online. Ultimately, I took the advice of those closest to me, who had already been treated by Dr. Dubanski. I set the appointment, and kept my fingers crossed? To my surprise, the experience was BETTER than I'd ever hoped. Everyone in the office was professional and welcoming?and I was seen at the exact time the appointment was scheduled for. Dr. Dubanski runs a tight ship, uses the most up to date technology, and his staff is above reproach. Sandy is always the first to greet you with a smile. Abbi is an excellent, detail oriented, and careful hygienist. Aubree is perhaps the best "temporary crown" maker in the business, and Dr. Dubanski himself is timely, professional, and caring. Since first visiting Dr. Dubanski's office, I?ve had both a filling and a crown, and both were so easy and pain free?I was actually surprised! The care that the entire staff shows in working with their patients is evident every time I visit. I'm so glad I found Dr. Dubanski. I can sum up my feelings of visiting the dentist now in one word ? confidence. I trust every staff member, and know that every visit to the dentist will now be a positive experience.
